Cameron Hughes Lot 119
I think that Lot 119, Meritage is my favorite blend from Cameron Hughes so far. From Alexander Valley and Sonoma, this bordeaux blend really hits the mark. Big, bold and jammy. Something I can afford to buy at under $15. Compare same quality for over $30 for sure.

Cambria Winery
Cambria Winery in Santa Maria is a very unique place. I was familiar with them because of their very high quality wines at reasonable prices. What I didn't know is that Cambria also creates small lots of exquisite wines. One that stands out is their Clone 4 Chardonnay, one of the best Chards that I've had since my Napa tastings. Another cool thing they do is an artisan tasting of 6 different wineries all using the Pinot Noir from their Julia's Vineyard. The winemaker comes into play when tasting the range of Pinot from Burgundian to California to Vineyard specific.
